He arrived Thursday night at 8:03 pm, weighed in at 7.5 lbs and was 19.3 inches long. We just got home from the hospital on Tuesday afternoon, so we’re taking it easy these days.

I have to say, he’s the cutest baby I’ve ever seen. But, I may be prejudiced.

Today Michelle over at Bleeding Espresso (and her mom) have whipped up one of my absolute all-time American favorites - Macaroni and cheese! One of the nice parts about it is that it’s a quick version. No baking, it just gets cooked right on the stove-top.

OK, so I’m a little bit behind since I was extremely busy the end of the week. So, unfortunately, I missed Friday’s serving of Buffalo wings that Judy cooked up for us at Over a Tuscan Stove.
I’m definitely going to have to make these for O. He loves chicken wings and anything spicy. I’ve recently introduced him to Tabasco and Jalapeno peppers.

OK, so I’m sitting here drooling just looking at the pictures of the doughnuts that Judith made. They look absolutely delicious and are sure to be better than anything you can get at Krispy Kreme or Dunkin’ Donuts. Of course, we don’t have either of those shops here and we don’t have doughnuts.
